Do you know if you are getting full performance out of your systems? Is your equipment operating at rated capacity? Is your mechanical contractor tracking performance to predict when cleanings or services need to happen? JS3’s extensive commercial and industrial mechanical coverings include boilers, chillers, pumps, water systems, cooling towers, package units, split systems, VRF/VRV, VFD’s, parking garage systems, and built-up systems. In a nutshell, if it heats, cools and moves water or air we can do it.

WHY US

Chaz and Shane embarked on their journey from humble beginnings. Each entrenched in their respective careers, they united to challenge the current standards of the service industry and set a new HIGHER standard.

Their motivation stemmed from frustration they dealt with – unreturned calls, poor communication, apathetic technicians and a lack of dedication to improvement. Combining their 29 years of collective industry experience, they birthed JS3.

The foundation of the relationship really starts at the meticulous reporting and photographic documentation your account manager will provide you. Ensuring you know the detailed inner workings of your systems, allows you to play an active role in making the best decision for your assets with fact-based knowledge, not just the technician's word. Your team will dedicate time to address system concerns, suggest potential cost-saving measures, and offer valuable insights for energy conservation.
