THE STORY OF JS3

Chaz & Shane started from humble beginnings. Both in their own career fields decided to take their frustrations with the current service industry standards and make a NEW standard.

They were fed up with no one returning their calls, little to no communication, technicians that didn't seem to care about the facility or continually improving themselves and many more things. With a combined 29 years in the industry they started JS3.

Finally, customers could receive the attention and service they deserved. Customers feel like JS3 WANTS their business again and again.JS3 customers experience one-on-one dialogue with their account manager and assigned technician.

This team gets to know your facility and personnel. As they continue to build a relationship with you, they communicate deficiencies and potential energy savings. Every service starts with checking in with you and includes detailed reporting and photo documentation. Who doesn’t like to see before and after photos of a job well done?

Shane Fisher
Operations Manager

Shane Fisher was born and raised in Oregon, most of that time being in the Willamette Valley. For two decades, Shane was responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of facilities at a manufacturing plant in the food Industry. With most of his experience in capital improvements, project management, industrial mechanical systems, team building and maintaining a positive operating budget budget, Shane is highly equipped to manage your job. He has 2 handsome boys and beautiful wife. His wife says "He is always working on finding ways to do things better from the customer and employee perspective and is never satisfied with the status quo. There seems to be no limit to the skills he possesses, he makes everything look so easy. "When Shane wants to relax, he spends time with his family (and their beloved dog named Moose), goes boating, hunting, fishing, and spends time doing an ever increasing list of other hobbies.

Chaz Huntwork
Service Manager

Growing up in the small town of Davenport, Washington, with one brother who is 14 months younger, Chaz's passion for sports, particularly soccer, has been a driving force in his personal and athletic development. His dedication to the game was amplified by his surgeon mother, who never missed a game and served as a constant source of inspiration and support. Beyond his altruistic nature, Chaz possesses an insatiable thirst for knowledge and embraces every opportunity to learn and grow. Continuously striving to be the best version of himself, he approaches challenges with determination and a strong sense of grit, never shying away from hard work or obstacles. With a genuine desire to give back, he actively seeks opportunities to assist those in need and improve the lives of those around him. Outside of his pursuits, Chaz loves spending time with his two girls and his loving wife. Together they play soccer, go on walks, and enjoy adventures as a family. These lighthearted details showcase his ability to find joy in the small things and highlight his passion for the experiences that bring him happiness. With a blend of athleticism, selflessness, and an unwavering dedication to personal growth, he continues to make a positive impact on both his personal and professional endeavors.
